Dorm Drop Service

Dorm Drop lets you ship packages and small appliances to us up to 45 days before classes start. We store everything securely and deliver directly to your dorm on move-in day.

What We Accept

• Packages: Any box you pack or order—Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Ikea, etc.
• Small Appliances (optional store pickup):

How to Calculate Box Size

To calculate total dimensions, add length + width + height of your box. For larger boxes please contact us

How It Works

1. Fill out the Dorm Drop Form: Provide school, shipping, and contact info. You’ll receive a confirmation email with our warehouse address & your reference number.


2. Ship to Toterly:
   • Enter your reference number in “Address Line 2” or “Delivery Notes.”
   • Add “ATTN: #REF12345” above our address on each label.
Tip: Keep your reference number (e.g. #REF12345) visible on every package to avoid delays.
3. Payment & Scheduling:
   • About two weeks before the semester starts, you’ll receive an email with a link to submit your delivery address and complete payment
   • Delivery addresses must fall within the school’s designated area or the surrounding communities.
4. Move-In Day Delivery: On delivery day, we’ll email you your delivery window and send an SMS reminder if you aren’t at your dorm when we arrive. Dollies and carts will be on hand, and our team will be happy to help unload whenever possible. If you miss your slot, we’ll reschedule or you can pick up at our warehouse.


5. Multiple Store Pickups: Please submit a separate form for each store pickup request.

Important Policies

• Missed Payment or Pickup: If payment isn’t received by your chosen date, we’ll send a reminder. Unpaid or uncollected items 45 days after semester start will be returned (using your shipping label) or considered forfeited.


• Oversized Items: Standard rate applies up to 61" total dimensions. For larger shipments, contact us for a custom quote.

Pricing & Timeline

First box is $90, each additional is $25. Storage up to 45 days is included at no extra charge.
