Information You Provide

• Student details: student name, school, dorm/building, room number, and move-in/move-out dates.
• Order details: selected service (Dorm Drop, Toterly Summer, Toterly Semester, Anytime Totes), number of totes, boxes, and large items.
• Communication: messages you send by email, forms, or phone calls, including scheduling requests and support inquiries.
• Parent/guardian information: if a parent or guardian is the payer or primary contact, we may store their contact details in addition to the student’s.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Toterly does not store full credit card numbers. We may receive limited information from our payment processor, such as the last four digits of a card, transaction amounts, and payment status, for recordkeeping and order tracking.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect limited technical information, such as:

• IP address and general location (city/region level)
• Browser type and device type
• Pages visited and referring pages
• Date and time of your visit

This information helps us understand how our site is used and improve performance. We do not use it to personally identify you unless combined with information you provide.

• Provide the requested services and complete your storage/delivery term

7. Parents, Guardians, and Students

Many of our services involve parents or guardians paying for services on behalf of students. The person paying for the service should complete the primary portion of the sign-up form. If a parent or guardian is the payer, student details can be added using the “Add Student Info” section of the form so we can direct deliveries and communications correctly.

If no separate student information is provided, we will assume the Customer and Student are the same person.

8. Children’s Privacy

Toterly’s services are intended for college and university students and their families. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Your Choices

You have certain choices regarding how we communicate with you and how your information is used:
